Performance of key contracts is measured using standard measurement techniques such as Managed Supply Chain and Best Value Engineering to ensure optimum value from internal and external resources (labour, plant and materials). We monitor and evaluate efficiency, effectiveness and results against the planned / expected productivity and quality of work together with actual costs against budget.
Defined processes for corporate communication include regular management meetings, monthly operational meetings, employee representatives on relevant committees, ad hoc meetings involving all staff to convey the messages, and the company newsletter.
All employees are measured and assessed on their ability and success at dealing with customers and clients. Corporate competences with defined measurable indicators are in place relevant to role and level.
Customer/client satisfaction is measured by surveys and informally via regular client contact.
