We recruit the best and retain the best with many having more than five or even 10 years service.

We prefer to use our own direct labour but on those occasions when we need to we will use sub contractors drawn from our carefully selected and approved list. To ensure our quality and productivity targets are met sub contract teams will have one of our own supervisors or senior operatives working with them.

All our operatives and team supervisors hold relevant NPTC qualifications, NVQs and rail and plant operator competences and CSCS.

Our in house training academy ensures that technical competence and on job mentoring is complemented by management skills, personal development workshops and individual coaching.
