We have an in-house technical department whose staff includes a Logistics Manager and a qualified workshop / mobile mechanic who operate a 24 / 7 mobile call out response service to ensure vehicle and equipment failures are rectified immediately, with little or no loss of productivity and repair costs kept to a minimum.

The department also manages the maintenance of, or maintains in house, all the vehicles and equipment against the maintenance schedules required by each item.

In addition each field supervisor has experience in maintaining and repairing vehicles / equipment on site therefore only needing to call out the mechanic if repairs cannot be completed or issues resolved locally.

Should any equipment not be repairable and / or useable the supervisor and / or the technical department will arrange for a replacement either from in house or from an approved supplier.
